On 26th August 2026, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed, as made, the above-named order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

Attached is a copy of that confirmed order and the notice regarding the confirmation of the order which contains details of how to appeal the decision of the Secretary of State.
