Bridget Beattie

Chair

Bridget has lived in Monkton Deverill since 2011.  She is a retired state sector special needs teacher with a degree in education from Bath Spa.  Bridget is married with three grown sons and three grandchildren, so far.

Dr David Croot

Vice Chair

David moved into the Upper Deverill valley in November 2015, having lived South Devon for many years. David worked at Plymouth University for nearly 40 years, initially as a lecturer in geography and geology, and latterly as a Senior Manager. He worked closely with his local parish council, leading the development of the Parish Plan and was also chair of Trustees for a large Plymouth charity.

Gillian Flint

Councillor

Gillian has lived in Kingston Deverill since 2012.  After a career in personnel and training she divided her time between bringing up her two children (now grown up) and voluntary work for welfare charities.

Richard Munro

Richard has lived in Kingston Deverill for 17 years. This is his second term on the Parish Council.

Louise works in the agricultural sector over the border in Dorset, having grown up in Kingston Deverill on the family farm.
